About us
Samuel Población has devoted his career to the real estate sector. His journey began in the family development and construction business where, over six years, he oversaw land purchases and delivered more than 500 homes. On the construction side, he secured contracts for public works worth over €125 million. He was later recruited by CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consultancy. Here he built a number of departments from the ground up, including Land, Urban Planning, Buildings, Residential Investment, Property Management & Residential Lettings and New-Build Property.
In 2015, he became Head of Residential & Land, with overarching responsibility for all of the company’s business areas, leading a team of more than 100 professionals.
For the last few years he has lectured part time on real estate programmes at the Instituto de Empresa (IE), the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM), CIARE and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Teo Arranz has been active in the real estate sector for 30 years, directing and coordinating a diverse range of projects. His varied track record runs from sales and construction – managing more than 2,000 units – to development and financing.
From 2009 he was involved in real estate and renewable energy development in the USA, primarily in Massachusetts, where he managed a portfolio of seven solar energy projects with a total capacity of 48 MW and a development cost of $115 million.
In 2016, he returned to Spain to found Next Development Opportunities S.L, a specialist real estate developer and consultancy.
As well as an entrepreneur and consultant, Teo is a lecturer on the MBA programmes at the Real Estate Business School (REBS) and the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM), where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of real estate professionals.
